StrongBodies Virtual Classes Sept. 13th-Nov. 17th

Join us for the next StrongBodies series. Each class includes progressive strength training, flexibility, and balance activities.

Classes are held online via Zoom Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 10:15 am from September 13th to November 17th, 2022.

StrongBodies registration is via Google Form.

There is a limited amount of equipment (hand and ankle weights) available to be loaned out free of charge, if needed, for the duration of the class.
