WeCOPE Stress Reduction Class for Adults June 13th-July 20th

Managing life’s challenges in healthy ways allows participants to take better care of themselves and others.

This six-week program meets via Zoom, once a week for 1 hour. Participants gain the most by practicing the skills between sessions using a workbook and journal provided.
